Our friends Amy & Aaron came to hang out yesterday...
Amy claims not to cook but she did just fine making some homemade mac&cheese...
while the guys played some old-school games on the computers.
As evidenced by Aaron's pose, the mac&cheese was very filling!
The verdict: a bit too mellow, 1/2 and 1/2 sharp and mild cheddar next time, with more pepper and salt; and leave off the breadcrumbs. They look pretty but we didn't like them so much. Otherwise: very filling!
