Eric and I spent a week working as temp staff for the Ironman World Championships in Clearwater. It was a lot of work and long hours, but we enjoyed it. Eric was talking about competeing by halfway through the week - I think maybe we'll start with... um, running? I think it might be a few months for me, but feel free to ask Eric how his training is going!
Our friends Matt and Lauren just had their first kiddo, a baby girl named Roma. They brought her to our small group this past week. Three weeks old - she slept the whole time, but she did kick back when Jess' "stomach" kicked at her! What a blessing to see Roma and get to hold her - makes us all the more eager to see and hold our little one!
